Welcome to Rising Sun Christian Church and thank you for visiting our website. We are pleased that you have chosen to check us out. We are a small church in the middle of cornfields and irrigation systems. We may not be rich in population, but we are rich in the gifts that God has apportioned us.
Our Service times are Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. CST our Sunday School hour begins around 10:30. We also offer a Sunday Evening Service beginning at 6:00 p.m. CST during the Fall and Winter Months.
I invite you to come and visit us in person, and to begin putting your spiritual gifts to use to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.

From Vincennes, IN: Cross the Lincoln Memorial Bridge going into Illinois, turn right onto IL-33, drive approximately 6.5 miles then turn left on CR 1370N. (Our church sign is on your right.) Drive about a mile. Turn right at the stop sign and turn left into the parking area.
From Lawrenceville, IL: Drive US-50 E almost 5 miles and take IL-33 exit toward Vincennes/Palestine for 0.3 mile, turn left at IL-33 follow for 0.2 mile and slight right onto Lake Lawrence Blacktop by Lake Sun and Surf. Drive for about 4 miles and turn right onto CR 1350N. (Our church sign is on your right.) Follow road and curve to the left (CR 2000E) turn left into parking area.
